Typically 3–14 working days, depending on the Fibre Network Operator (FNO) in your area.
What is the Loyalty Credit?
Stay connected for 12 uninterrupted months and receive a Loyalty Credit of up to R1200 in month 13, on selected deals.
How does WhatsApp onboarding work?

Is fibre available in my area?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Most deals are month-to-month, depending on the network provider. Every FNO requires one calendar month's notice to cancel. We'd love you to stay at least 12 months and enjoy the Loyalty Credit.
Do I need my own router?
We supply a free-to-use router. If you cancel, return it from your nearest PostNet, or we'll collect it from your premises.
What happens if I move?
No problem — we can help with relocation. We'll check coverage at your new address. Give us one calendar month's notice before you move.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes — you can change your package at any time, depending on the FNO's rules.
